Je suis arrivée a Ko Lanta hier et je vous annonce que mes sept prochaines journées ici seront bien tranquilles. Courbaturée à la suite de l’escalade, fatiguée d’avoir peu dormi dans mon bungalow en bamboo car on entend tous les animaux de la forêt, dont certains partageaient ma pièce, et un léger mal d’estomac qui s’installe… Pas de sport d’avanture ni d’émotions fortes pour moi cette semaine: je recherche le calme. J’ai déniché un bungalow plutôt confortable a bas prix. Au menu, visite de l’ile à scooter et petit tour possible sur l’Ile Bu Bu, un petit paradis à ce qu’on dit (les animaux la nuit y sont aussi présents toutefois). Je me dis que de retour au Québec, j’aurai certainement acquis la capacité de dormir un peu n’importe ou…
Aujourd’hui, promenade sur la plage, lecture et baignade en vue. L’air de rien, voyager peut devenir fatiguant. Je dois d’autant plus refaire mes énergies car la suite en Australie s’annonce entre les dortoires et les cuisinettes… Et bien que je m’ennuie assez d’un bon spagh, les dortoires sont plus souvent qu’autrement synonymes de festivités et de mouvements durant la nuit.
Bref, vive le pad thai à 1$ et les bungalows à 10 $, et j’entends savourer cette semaine à Ko Lanta au maximum.

I arrived in Ko Lanta yesterday and I announce that my next seven days will be very quiet here. Aching after climbing, tired of having short sleep in my little bamboo bungalow because all the forest animals sounds, some of whom shared my room, and a slight stomach ache that settled ... No sport adventure or excitement for me this week: I am looking for calm. I found a rather cozy bungalow at low price. On the menu, visit the island with a scooters and small trip to Bu Bu Island, a paradise to what they say (the night animals are also present, however). When I get back to Quebec, I will definitely acquired the ability to sleep just anywhere ...
Today, walk on the beach, reading and swimming in sight. Looking like nothing, traveling can be tiring. I have to recharge all my energy for later in Australia for dormitories and kitchenette... And while I can't wait to have a good spagh, the dormitories are more often than not synonymous with festivities and movements during the night.
In short, long live the pad thai for $ 1 and $ 10 bungalows, and I intend to enjoy this week in Ko Lanta as much as possible.

Llegué a Ko Lanta ayer y anuncio que mi próximos siete días serán muy tranquilo aquí. Dolor después de la escalada, cansada de haber dormido en mi pequeño bungalow en bambú con los animales del bosque, algunos de los cuales compartí mi habitación, y un ligero dolor de estómago... no deporte de aventura o emoción para mí esta semana: Estoy buscando la calma. He encontrado un bungalow lindo con precio bajo. En el menú, visita de la isla en el scooter y visita de Bu Bu Island, un paraíso para lo que dicen (los animales nocturnos también están presentes, sin embargo). De ragresso a Quebec, que sin duda tiendre la capacidad de dormir en cualquier parte ...
Hoy en día, unico plano de caminar por la playa, la lectura y la natación. No lo parece tanto, pero viajar puede ser agotador. Tengo que repetir toda mi energía para más adelante en Australia donde ire en dormitorios y tendre que cocinar ... Ya me hace falta el spagh, pero los dormitorios son más sinónimo de fiesta y los movimientos durante la noche.
En resumen, ¡viva el Pad Thai por $ 1 y los bungalows de $ 10, y tengo la intención de disfrutar de esta semana en Ko Lanta a los mas que possible.
Je viens de passer trois jours à Railway, près de Krabi. J’ai fait un retour à l’escalade hier, apres 15 années d’absence. Bon, j’admet que mon expérience remonte à quand j’étais dans les cadets pour tout vous dire. Mais, j’en avais un bon souvenir, et c’est encore mieux que je pensais. Je trouve que c’est un sport magnifique, ou la description d’atteindre un objectif à son propre rythme prend tout son sens. La vue d’en haut mérite chaque effort, et c’est si gratifiant! Et combien davantage avec le décor de Railay.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai fait une excursion à Ko Phi Phi, la fameuse ile notamment réputée pour l’extrême beauté de ses plages, mais aussi pour avoir été terriblement affectée par le Tsunami . Les plages féériques ne démontrent que très peu de traces de l’événement et les fonds marins son magnifiques, remplies de beaux poissons. J’y ai fait de l’apnée, splendide!
Je pars demain pour Ko Lanta… j’entame ma toute dernière semaine en Thailande…

I just spent three days in Railway, near Krabi. I came back to climbing yesterday, after 15 years of absence. Okay, I admit that my experience s back to when I was in cadets to tell you everything. But I remembered I liked it, and is even better than I thought. I think it is a magnificent sport, where the description of a personnal goal makes all sense. The view from the top is worth every effort, and it is so rewarding! And how much more with the scenery of Railay.
Today I made a trip to Ko Phi Phi, the famous island known for the extreme beauty of its beaches, but also to have been terribly affected by the tsunami. The magical beaches show very little trace of the event and the underwater is filled with beautiful fish. I've made snorkeling, splendid!
Tomorrow, I leave for Ko Lanta… On last week in Thailand…

Acabo de pasar tres días en Railay, cerca de Krabi. Ayar, hize escalada, después de 15 años de ausencia. Está bien, admito que mi experiencia se remonta a cuando yo estaba en cadetes... Pero yo tenía una buena memoria, y es incluso mejor de lo que pensaba. Creo que es un deporte magnífico, dondé la descripción de un objetivo a su propio ritmo tiene sentido. La vista desde la cima vale cada esfuerzo, y es muy gratificante! Y cuánto más con el paisaje de Railay.
Hoy he hecho un viaje a Ko Phi Phi, la famosa isla conocida por la extrema belleza de sus playas, sino también han sido terriblemente afectados por el tsunami. La playas mustran muy pocas huellas del evento y sus fondos marinos son magníficos, lleno de hermosos peces. He hecho la apnea, espléndido!
Me voy mañana a Ko Lanta ... empezo mi última semana en Tailandia ...

Une plage tranquille juste à point, un bungalow de rêve et du temps pour soi. Je viens de passer trois belles journées à Than Sadet, sur l’ile de Ko Pha Ngan. C’est encore un coin secret bien gardé de l’ile (oups, je le dévoile…), qui est plutôt réputée pour son ambiance festive (Full moon party). Je suis maintenant à Krabi en transit d’un jour pour aller a Railay, une plage ou se pratique l’escalade… J’y pense peut-être:)
Plus que dix jours devant moi en Thailande, le temps va trop vite!!!

A quiet beach, a very dream kind bungalow and time for yourself. I just spent three beautiful days at Than Sadet on the island of Ko Pha Ngan. It is still a closely guarded secret corner of the island (oops, I revealed it ...), which is rather famous for its festive atmosphere (Full moon party). I am now in Krabi in transit from one day to go to Railay, a beach reputed for rock climbing ... Maybe I could do some:)
No more than ten days in Thailand before me, time goes too fast!

Una playa tranquila, un bungalow de los sueños y el tiempo para pensar. Me pasé tres días en la hermosa playa Than Sadet en la isla de Ko Pha Ngan. Todavía es un rincón secreto celosamente guardado de la isla (perdón, lo revele...), cual esta bastante famosa por su ambiente fiesta (fiesta de la luna completa). Ahora estoy en Krabi en tránsito de un día para ir a Railay, una playa donde se hace escalada en roca... Creo que tal vez podria tratarlo…
No más de diez días en Tailandia para mí, el tiempo pasa demasiado rápido!
Hier était le dernier jour de ma formation de plongée à Ko Tao. Me voilà certifiée Open Water Diver par le PADI. Très tôt le matin, nous avons fait une superbe plongée et j’ai réussit à descendre à 18 mètres sous-l’eau sans problème d’oreille. On a vue des poissons magnifiques! J’étais folle de joie!
J’ai quitté cet endroit magnifique pour me rendre à Ko Pha Ngan, une ile à 100km au sud de Ko Tao. Je séjourne dans un bel endroit, mais je prévois changer de place demain pour une plage hyper tranquille.
J’ai beau adorer la Thailande, il a bien fallu que j’achète mon billet pour l’Australie aujourd’hui avant que les prix n’augmentent. Je partirai de Phuket le 19 mars à destination de Sydney!

Yesterday was the last day of my dive training in Ko Tao. I am now certified Open Water Diver by PADI. Very early in the morning, we made a superb diving and I managed to descend to 18 meters under-water with no ear problem. We saw beautiful fish! I was very happy!
I left this wonderful place to go to Ko Pha Ngan, an island 100km south of Ko Tao. I am staying in a beautiful place, but I plan to switch place tomorrow for a super quiet beach.
Althought I love Thailand, I had to buy my ticket to Australia now before the price increases. I will fly from Phuket to Sydney March 19!

Ayer fue el último día de mi entrenamiento de buceo en Ko Tao. Estoy ahora certificada Open Water Diver por la PADI. Muy temprano en la mañana, hicimos un excelente buceo y he logrado bajar a 18 metros bajo el agua sin ningún problema en el oído. Vimos hermosos peces! Yo estaba muy emocionada!
Salí de este lugar maravilloso para ir a Ko Pha Ngan, una isla a 100 km al sur de Ko Tao. Hoy me quedé en un lugar hermoso, pero cambiare de lugar mañana para una playa super tranquila.
Me encanta Tailandia, pero hoy he tenido que comprar mi boleto para Australia ante el aumento de los precios. Me voy desde Phuket 19 de marzo para Sydney!
Après avoir passé deux nuits à Sukhothai à visiter les ruines de l’ancienne capitale à vélo avec une amie Hollandaise rencontrée dans le bus, je suis retournée à Bangkok pour un petit 24h. J’avais envie d’y retourner puisque c’était sur le chemin vers le sud, et je suis heureuse d’avoir pu visiter le Golden Mount et le Wat Arun, deux temples offrant une vue splendide sur la ville.
Je suis arrivée a Ko Tao le 28 février, et j’ai tout de suite commencé le cours théorique de plongée. Hier, nous avons pratiqué dans la piscine, mais aujourd’hui, j’ai eu mon baptême de plongée en mer! Nous sommes descendus à 12 mètres. Respirer sous l’eau est magique, mais j’ai de la misère avec mon oreille droite… Je fais attention… Demain, on ira à 18 mètres de profondeur! Excitant…
Ko Tao est une belle petite ile dans le golf de la Thailande, au nord de Ko Pha Ngan et Ko Samui. La mer est magnifique, les couchers de soleil sont incroyables à chaque soir et l’ambience est vraiment relax. Des petits resto sur la plage, sans prétention, pas de grand hotel mais des petits bungalows et une plage sécuritaire et agréable à marcher (Sairee beach). L’Ile semble avoir des nombreux paysages magiques à offrir, mais s’y promener semble plutôt ardu étant donné la condition des routes.
Je termine mon cours de plongée demain , je verrai ce que je ferai ensuite. C’est fou comme j’aime la Thailande!

After spending two nights in Sukhothai to visit the ruins of the ancient capital by cycling with a Netherland friend that I made on the bus, I returned to Bangkok to for a small 24hrs. I wanted to return since it was on the path to the south, and I am happy to have visited the Golden Mount and Wat Arun, two temples offering a splendid view over the city.
I arrived in Ko Tao, February 28, and I immediately started the Academic Diving. Yesterday wepractced in the pool, but today I had my first dive in the sea! We went down to 12 meters. Breathing under water is magical, but I have misery with my right ear ... I watch ... Tomorrow we will go to 18 meters deep! Exciting ...
Ko Tao is a beautiful small island in the Gulf of Thailand, north of Ko Pha Ngan and Ko Samui. The sea is beautiful, the sunsets are incredible every night and the atmosphere is really relaxing. Small restaurants on the beach, unpretentious, no large hotel but small beach bungalows and it is a safe and pleasant to walk Sairee beach. The island appears to have many magical landscapes to offer, but it seems rather difficult go around because of the condition of roads.
I finished my diving course tomorrow, I'll see what I'll do next. It's crazy how I love Thailand!

Después de pasar dos noches en Sukhothai para visitar las ruinas de la antigua capital con bicycletta con una amiga holandesa que conici en el autobús, volví a Bangkok para unas 24 horas. Quería volver en la ciudad, ya que estaba en el camino hacia el sur, y me alegro de haber visitado el Golden Mount y el Wat Arun, dos templos que ofrecen una vista espléndida sobre la ciudad.
Llegué en Ko Tao el dia 28 de febrero, y de inmediato inició el Buceo Académico. Ayer hemos practicado en la piscina, pero hoy tuve mi primera inmersión en el mar! Bajamos a 12 metros. Respirar bajo el agua es mágica, pero tengo la miseria de mi oreja derecha ... veo ... Mañana vamos a ir a 18 metros de profundidad! Emocionante ...
Ko Tao es una isla hermosa en el Golfo de Tailandia, al norte de Ko Pha Ngan y Ko Samui. El mar es bello, las puestas de sol son increíbles todas las noches y el ambiente es muy relajante. Pequeño restaurante en la playa, sin pretensiones, no hay hoteles grandes, pero algunos bungalows en la playa, y es un lugar seguro y agradable para caminar (playa Sairee). La isla parece haber muchos paisajes mágicos que ofrecer, pero parece más bien difícile pasear por las malas condiciónes de las carreteras.
Yo terminaré mi curso de buceo de mañana, a ver lo que voy a hacer a continuación. Es una locura cómo me gusta Tailandia! Texte à définir...
